Christmas Day

We had a great Christmas morning, our first in our new house.  The girls slept in so late, I think it was like almost 9:00 before we started opening gifts.  Grandpa and Grandma even got here in time to see it all!

Hailey finally got her bigger bike she has been wanting, since her knees were hitting her other one.

Her favorite present was her cowgirl stuff though, this girl loves horses and anything cowgirl.

She said "You tricked me mom, you made me think you weren't getting the barbie camper!"

Kayla finally got her beats she has been wanting for a few years now.

Hello Kitty Karaoke sure is fun!

Callie got a tipi for her dolls and her to play in.

This was Brad's favorite present:)  Well besides his beautiful hide rug that I got him for his office.
Merry Christmas everyone!

Christmas Eve

We had another great delicious feast at my in laws for Christmas Eve!
The sister missionaries were able to join us this year.
Some of the girls treated us to songs.
Uncle Craig scared the kids as they were coming out to see what Santa had left.

Our Ginger Bread house

We totally cheated this year, we got tired of our gingerbread houses caving in the past 8 years, so we hot glued it, lol!  Best decision ever!

Callie playing the piano

It made my heart happy to see Callie playing at the retirement home today (she has only been in lessons about 4 months). Each of my girls went around and gave hugs and sat with some of the elderly. Hailey even held a nice ladies hand and sat on her lap the whole time. All of the festivities have been great, but today just felt really special because the Christmas spirit was really there with everyone sharing their beautiful talents.

Ray family Christmas dinner

It was great seeing all the family from Debbie's side of the family for our annual Ray Christmas dinner.  The girls loved playing with their cousins and seeing Santa.

She got a little red when she had to sit on his lap!

Hailey and Callie's Christmas music program

My new SUV

So my Sequoia was really getting up there in the miles, and we new we needed to sell it before it hit 200,000 or it wouldn't be work hardly anything.  So I finally found a vehicle that I liked and ready to settle on, it's so hard with me to make big changes.  But I love my Ford Explorer, I kept going back and forth between black and white and finally I decided to get the one I liked the best, and I'm so glad I did, it's even better than I thought.  Who knew I would love seat warmers so much?

Hippy Frozen Party

We had a great time at the Frozen Hippy party this month.  I was supposed to dress up to be Elsa, but it turns out Kayla didn't have to go to school that day because she did not have to take semester tests, so guess who made the best Elsa ever!  Way better than I would have been.  Brynlee made a pretty cute Anna too.

Church Christmas Dinner

I volunteered to decorate for the church party and Brynlee helped me set it all up.  We had a great time with our church family.

Retirement Home

Callie had the opportunity to sing at the Retirement Center this week for the gifted and talented program at school, she did a wonderful job!

Christmas Wreath

At Relief Society we had the chance to make a bunch of different crafts in addition to Christmas wreaths.  I made, this one and just loved how it turned out!

Mutual

The other night we had mutual at our house.  We played Christmas minute to win it games and also had root beer floats afterwards.  The kids had a lot of fun and we even had 3 non members come!

Brad also strung us some Christmas lights, our first ever!
