Ohio

Kayla was recently invited to attend an event in Columbus Ohio with two of her teamates.  It was the AVCA's Phenom college prep program.  She had so many great oppurtunities while we were there.  She was able to attend the NCAA Division 1 Semifinals and Championship game, the National underarmour all american game, meet 3 time olympic gold medalist Kerri Walsh Jennings, participate in Athletic Performance Indexing and showcase her skills in front of college coaches.  We had a blast and made memories we will cherish forever and took home some very valuable information.

December Festivities

The other night I had the opportunity to take Callie to her first ballet.  We went to see the Nutcracker, and Callie's violin teacher played in the Orchestra that night, which was extra fun for us to get to see.  We had such a great time.

Family Home Evening

Last night for family home evening we went to the Promenade and did a little shopping while Callie and her dad attended a coding workshop.  Callie has been really excited about coding since she has learned to do it at school.  We had a great night and finished off driving through the Sherwood Enchanted Forrest light show!

 Our town also held their first ever Christmas parade, it was a lot of fun!

Hailey's Performance

Hailey was asked to represent her school for the chamber of commerce meeting and she did such a good job.  It was a fun holiday treat!

Christmas Decorations

Well the Christmas decorations are finally up.  We tried two trees this year instead of one and it was a lot more work, but I love it now that its done :)  And the girls did most of the ornament placing, so it wasn't to bad.

Thanksgiving at Grandpa and Grandmas

We had another wonderful Thanksgiving this year with lots of yummy food and family!

Santa at Bass Pro Shop

One of our favorite traditions as a family is going to see Santa and visit the North Pole at Bass Pro Shop.  The girls got their letters in early to Santa this year.
