Callie's Violin Recital and Volleyball camp

We were so proud of Callie at her violin recital.  She nailed it!  She has been working really hard this year and practicing most nights.  It's a lot of time and sacrifice for a little girl.  She received honorable mention for student of the year from her teacher. We can't wait to see what next year brings for her.

Callie with her 4th grade teacher. Callie received 7 awards this year...you could call her a jack of all trades because she usually does well at most things she tries, and although it is nice to get recognized we told her we are more proud of her hard work than anything else.

Callie with her volleyball bag she won for being the passing champion at her volleyball camp.

First 5K and Vintage Market

I was able to run my first 5k this past week.  We had a great time as a family, and it really gave me initiative to run knowing that my girls were watching me.  I did better than I thought placing 4th for my age group. There were around 840 women total! It was a good experience, even though I almost threw up.

End of school Year activities

Callie had the opportunity to give a cultural presentation at Harding University for her gifted/talented class.  She was able to participate in leadership/teamwork classes and also had an ettiquette lunceon.  It was a great opportunity to meet many other students from around the state in her same age group.

This is a picture of Brad and I at the Memphis temple having a date night.

Grandma Ray and Hal were able to join us for Mothers Day at church this year, and we were able to get a nice picture of all of us.

Callie recently attended her field trip to the Fish Hatchery for her grade:

Kayla's former boyfriend Jace graduated, we are so proud of him!

I took the girls to an event in the city called "Mess"tacular.  Their were messes everywhere!  It was like little kid heaven :)  The girls had a lot of fun.  This is them hiding behind the garbage can to escape the exploding watermelon.

Prom 2017

Kayla went to Prom with her friend Jace again this year.  They looked stunning and had a great night.  They went to eat and pictures with her friends from our town and then they went to his prom, since they were on the same night.
